At Chico Hearing Aid Center, service is our first priority. We believe in giving the best hearing solutions we can for each individual patient, but we also pride ourselves in providing outstanding service thereafter. Then we follow up periodically with our patients to ensure they continue to do well with their instruments.

Updating hearing evaluations ensures that the adjustments are appropriate for hearing needs. Regular cleanings help to keep the hearing aids working properly and sounding clearly. We perform in-office repairs as possible, or send faulty aids in for factory repairs as needed.

With a full staff, there is always someone available to assist you.

Deanna Mc Coy has completed a comprehensive course of upper level education in hearing instrument fittings. This far surpasses all state requirements for fitting hearing instruments. Required continuing education and training on the most current technology and studies, provides knowledge to serve you with a higher standard of care.
